INGREDIENTS:

5  Brown 7-day Candle in glass

1 White 7-day Candle in glass

Copy of Court Summons

1 bottle “Court Case” Anointing and Condition Oil

1 bottle “King Solomon Wisdom” Anointing and Condition Oil

2 pieces Liittle John to Chew

3 white (or clear) glass dinner plates (I get mine at the dollar store)

Full Name of all Parties: Name of Courthouse, Judge, Defendant, Defendant’s Lawyer (if any), Petitioner, Petitioner’s lawyer.

Start this candle spell 6 days before your day in Court.

Clean all candles with Lemon Juice or Florida Water, if you want to have your ancestors have some influence over this case. Follow cleaning directions in the category to the right side of this page named, “Proper Candle Preparation”. Set aside to dry.

Take copy (not the original) of the Summons to Court and write the name of the other party across the page three times, one line under the first. Turn paper 45 degrees and write your name three times, one line under the first, across theirs. Hold paper between your palms and pray the Psalm 23 (“The Lord is my Shepherd”). Lay petition paper on top of white dinner plate.

Label the white candle with a piece of paper in which you have written the name of the courthouse, including the county name and city and state.

Place 6 drops of “King Solomon Wisdom” Oil in wax top of white candle.  Set on top of Summons to Court.

Take 1 brown candle and label it with the name of the Judge. Place 6 drops of the “King Solomon Wisdom”Oil in it. Set next to white candle on top of Summons to Court.

Take 2 brown candles and label them with your full name and the name of your lawyer. If you do not have a lawyer, use the second brown candle as a ‘back you up’ candle and label it with your name again (Do this only if you do not have an attorney). Place 6 drops of “Court Case” Condition and Anointing Oil in each of these candles.

HERE IS THE IMPORTANT PART: Are you the one bringing the case or is the other person? Read on:

The one who creates the Court Summons, or the one who is suing the other person is called the PETITIONER. Their candles go on the RIGHT HAND SIDE of the Judge’s candle. The one who IS BEING SUED is called the DEFENDANT and their candles go on the LEFT HAND SIDE of the Judge’s candle.

Determine who you are and place your candles accordingly, on a dinner plate, either left side or right side of Judges and Court’s candles.

Take one piece of Little John to Chew and set it between your candle and the lawyer’s candle (or, if in the case of no lawyer for you, between both candles on your side of the Judge’s candle). Set the other aside for the day of Court.

Take the last 2 brown candles and label them with their full name and if they do not have an attorney, DO NOT USE the candle intended for their attorney. You do not need to ‘boost’ their law power. Place NO OIL in these candles (as you want the court case to go in your favor by adding the oil to your candles).

Light the candles in this order: The Court candle first, then the Judges. Then, light yours (both of them) and lastly, light their candles.

Hold hands over all candles now lit and pray with sincerity that this case will be ruled in your favor. Finish it with an the Lord’s Prayer (“Our Father”).

On the day of Court: Take the piece of Little John to Chew that was between your candles and if possible, ask your lawyer to hold it in their jacket pocket. If you cannot ask this of them or if you do not have a lawyer, place it in YOUR pocket of your jacket. Dress in a suit or nice dress with a jacket to look presentable before the Court.

Take the second piece of Little John to Chew, also known as Galangal, and boil it a bit in a little water and some sugar. Let it cool and place this second piece between your jaw and your teeth, moving it around to chew on it a bit as you are traveling to Court. DO NOT SWALLOW ROOT. When you arrive at the Courthouse, spit the Little John to Chew out as close to the front door as possible. This is reputed to make things be ruled in your favor in Court.

BACKGROUND INFORMATION:

Little John to Chew, also known as Low John, Court Case Root or Chewing John is the Asian root GALANGAL. It is used to spice up Oriental dishes and is a carminative, meaning it will settle any upset stomach. It is of the Wild Ginger family.

WARNING: Not all candle shops or botanicas sell the right root labeled as Low John. The BEST WAY to know if you have GALANGAL is to go to an Asian market and get it fresh in the produce section.  I would STONRGLY urge you to NOT place anything in your mouth that is not 100% authentic.

John the Conqueror, also known as Hi John or John the Conker, is is a round, nut-shaped root that is a little wrinkled and has a strong musky smell. It is a member of the Morning glory family.  IT IS NOT FOR CHEWING OR PLACING IN THE MOUTH.  It is a strong laxative that will give you diarrhea .

Hi John is carried in the pocket or in a mojo bag for strength and for winning at games of chance and gambling. It is a root that is suggested for most men to carry or for a women who needs gain in physical and mental strength ‘like a man’.

If you have a court case or legal business in which you need to obtain the favor of a Judge or a panel or jury that will hear your case, you may use this candle spell using Psalm 5 to petition to the Saints and Angels that those who must make this judgement on you will be sympathetic to your plight.

Rise early in the morning for the three days PRIOR to and including the morning of your court date while the sun is rising and pray Psalm 5. Pray the same Psalm 5 every night for the two days PRIOR to your court date at sunset. For example, if your court date is Wednesday morning, awaken at sunrise and pray Psalm 5 on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday morning (the morning of your court date) and also pray Psalm 5 on Monday and Tuesday evening. One the first day of this 3-day candle spell, make sure you have a copy of your Summons to Court, in which you have written across the back of the copy (do not use the original) this prayer:

Sign the full name and birth date of the one going to Court under this prayer. Clean candle with lemon juice or Florida Water as instructed in the posts in category “Proper Candle Preparation” (see right had side column). Spread loose tobacco (pouch tobacco like Red Man brand) lightly over petition paper on place. Place cleaned candle on top of paper and tobacco.  Light candle and begin to pray Psalm 5.

The Indian Tobacco Candle, also known as the “Indian Spirit” or “Brown Tobacco” candle, is a very old candle that is used for various reasons.

Traditionally anointed with “Indian Spirit Guide”, Spirit Guide”, “Blessing” or Patchouli Anointing Oil, it is also sometimes associated with the traditional “Court Case” candle spells and anointed with the products used such as “Court Case” Condition or Anointing Oil.

My soon to be ex-husband is making my life crap.   I’ve been separated for nearly 3 years and he still has a hold over my emotions!! We have a gorgeous little girl of 4 yrs. I left him due to his controlling behavior & drinking. I’ve burned umpteen bits of paper with hope of moving on to no avail. I’ve bought a black candle as last resort & I am going to get the separation agreement (copy) and write something on it in hope of him finding another love to move on and to stop him tormenting me.

You are on the right track but a bit off – like a recipe that is lacking something. First, if he is not living with you, then he cannot bother you. You must clarify something because first you say he is your soon to be ex, meaning that things are already going through the courts, then the separation papers…so I am confused on the legal matters.

The only reason why you would want to burn a black candle on the papers is to get the job DONE – so the question is: who is stalling the process? If he is controlling, and he is not living with you, how can he control you?

Let me give you two scenarios and things that you can do for the situation:

Situation Number One: (he is living with you while you are getting the divorce) - Get your own apartment. If this is not financially feasible, move in with family. You need to physically get away from him as much as possible in order for any candle spell to work.

If this is not possible – force him to move. Get a few wasps nests, some burnt charcoal, red crushed peppers, dirt from a grave and doggie doo-doo (yes, I am serious), dry it out in the sun, making sure you spend a few minutes a day with a magnifying glass focused on the mixture and curse the debil our of it and sprinkle it in his shoes, the floor board of his car or truck, in his bed (the bed you DO NOT sleep in) and wait for him to leave.  If this is just too funky for you to do, get some Run, Devil, Run Condition Oil and sprinkle it in his shoes every day when he is not using them. Burn the same oil on a red and a black glass candle with his picture wedged in between them. Spend some time every day standing in front of the candle cursing and swearing at it (as if the candles were really him); telling him to hit the road, Jack.

Use brown court case candles on top of a copy (not the original) of the Court documents. You can anoint this with a little Crown of Success Anointing Oil and sprinkle a little tobacco in around the top of the candle. Make sure you follow directions on proper cleaning and anointing of your candles.

Situation Number Two: (you are living elsewhere but the divorce is not going anywhere) – Time to put on the ‘brass brassiere” and get to work!  You must attend each and every Court proceeding and appear to want to ‘make peace’ with the other party – ESPECIALLY WHEN THERE IS A CHILD INVOLVED – each parent has to have some time with the child – unless you or he is selling arms to the terrorists, selling drugs or running a whorehouse – each of you are responsible for the raising of that child. So, if the Courts ask you to improve your lot in life – get a job or go to school. If he is the deadbeat, do everything you can to tie him up financially – a lien on the house (if he owns one), keep your ‘feelers’ out there to hear if he has a job and TURN HIM IN to the County agency handling the child support issues.

REMEMBER: You must take the ‘high moral ground’ and don’t play the child against the father (called Parental Alienation) – the mediators see right through that (that is why they have Master and PhD’s). They will look favorably on you if you are trying to ‘be fair’ (bite your tongue) with the other parent. You loved him at one time enough to bring a child into this world and worse case scenario, if something happens to you, HE is the one who gets custody of the child (not your Mother or Sister). He is the first line blood relative of your child.

Here’s a novel idea (hold your pants on and listen); wish him SUCCESS. Think about it. If he is successful, you always will get child support and he will be so busy working that he has no time to go to Court with you. Use a yellow candle in glass with “Crown of Success” or “Crowning Glory” Anointing Oil in it with his name on a piece of paper under the candle.

Bottom line, if you want the proceedings to move forward, burn a red glass candle on a copy of the Court papers with “FAST LUCK” Condition Oil so that things will get moving and you can then begin a new life.

Tough decisions, but ones you have to make. I wish you all the Luck.

Hi Jacqueline,
I have a question about what spell or spells I should use to get my ex-husband to pay child support. Here is a little more about the situation. I have a restraining order on my ex-husband, which he has violated many times. I have an open case with child support service and he is on locate status. I have some information on where he is living and that he may very well be working. The problem is that if I report it and child support services finds him and makes him pay I don’t want him coming after me or the children. He knows where I work, but not where I live. He has violent tendencies, this guy is really not right in the head. All I want is the child support for my children, so I can better provide for them and I want the ex-husband to stay far away from us and leave us alone.

Before we talk about candles, why do you think he would know that it was from you that the child support services would locate him? Remember, employers are required to report all employees wages in three month blocks of time. Not only that, does he have proof that maybe a detective didn’t find him? No, but of course, he will think it was you turning him in. Pity the poor fool because once you procreate then you pay until that child is 18 years old. Period. ‘Nuff said. Now, will he understand that, maybe not. He has ‘vendetta’ in his mind – you towards him and he towards getting you back. I, as a mother, have walked down this path and am still continuing to do so, so i know.

One little bit of relief is that these dollar figures roll over each month WITH INTEREST, but that doesn’t help with the childrens’ needs  right now. That’s OK with me, because I know he is dumb enough to ‘surface’ in about three years, when our last child turns 18, and then I will have a few years of Federal Income Tax being captured to reimburse me for all my efforts. Remember, you may wait for the money but you’ll get the money eventually. I was told by one representative that an elderly lady brought in a $65,000 check to the office, claiming ‘ it must have been a mistake’. They told her that her ex had sold his house, and since they had a lien on the property, captured her money before he got the final check. The clerk told me that the lady said her children were in their thirties and she didn’t know what to do with it. The clerk said she was told to go on a long vacation. The lady balked a bit but then was given the suggestion to spend a little but then set up college funds for the grandchildren. Obviously, the lady ‘made do’ or ‘got by’ with what she made on her own, but this was her money since she sacrificed for so many years while ex went on his merry way.

Regarding the restraining order, you need to call the police EACH AND EVERY TIME he violates – and you had better not be luring him into a trap by calling him over. Once he has violated enough, harsher charges will be levied against him. Alert the security personnel at your place of employment and call the police – become a pest, if need be – if he comes to your job. You cannot lose your job because of his foolishness.

Now, onto candles. You may take the copy of the child support order and make copies of it at your local Kinko’s and burn black 7-day novena or vigil type glass encased candles on it.  Why black? Because you want to make his life hell until he pays. Ths is how it is done:

Take the copy of the Child Support Order (not the original) and turn the paper long ways horizontally, so that you will be crossing up the typewritten notes. Write what ever curse you want on it BUT do not wish death, because death is the end of your child support. Now ironically, wishing him prosperity and all the good things in life ‘switches it up’ because the more money he makes the more money YOU GET!  Crazy, but true! All of a sudden he gets a good job, buys a house (which should have a lien placed on it) and credit up the yin-yang. YEAH! More information to collect and more money to show that he has the means to pay his child support.

OK, so if you want to do the “Let Howie have all the good things in life” methodology, then use RED candles in glass. If you want to just curse the bum, then use BLACK.

If you want to ‘turn it up a notch’, use “Fast Luck” condition oil on the red candle or “D.U.M.E.” (“Do Unto My Enemies”) anointing oil on the black candles.

Continue burning these candle and reporting him with any information you have to get your due. The kids deserve it.

Yesterday, I received this e-mail from a reader, who is seeking a little help with some legal problems. The e-mail reads:

The issue at hand is not the law suit but the lack of information that we have in order to begin to help. Like going to the doctor and saying that you “don’ t feel well”, you need to give the doctor some specifics to diagnose the cause of the illness before prescribing a cure. Any professional, qualified magical practitioner would expect a bit more information than what is being offered here.

The traditional items used on Court Case Spells involve the use of Brown Candles and a root called Little John to Chew. It is important to give your spiritual practitioner all information regarding the case, including if you are guilty or not. There is a reason for full disclosure.

There are other people involved, your immediate family or circle of friends, the other person, the judicial system and lawyers and even Lady Justice herself – how could you possibly ask for a positive outcome for you if you may well be a fault.

Let me give you an example, many years ago, my ex kept trying to whittle my custody time with our children down to nil. Why? He didn’t want to pay a very nominal amount of child support; out of spite, of course. I never asked that he sell the house and give me half – hell, I even GAVE him my flower shop that he invested in – all in the name of having my freedom.

His lawyer thought he was slick - complaining that my living at my boyfriend’s house rent free constituted it being an “income”, the very young Judge erroneously ruled in my ex’s favor – that I pay HIM child support. OK …Ok…. but, I knew I was right.

At the time I was learning magical practices that were traditional hoodoo, conjure and root work at the time. I took the cash money that I was to deposit at the office of child support payments and urinated on a small part of it – then wiped it dry, exited the bathroom of the building and handed it over to the clerk. The belief system is that you “mark” you money with your “scent” or urine, so that it will return to you because it is yours.

Well, the clerk of that office applied it to the WRONG account (an old revenue account of mine) AND credited my child support account with the payment, despite me telling them they were accounting for the money wrong – they waived it and I got doubly credited for the amount on both accounts! At the next court hearing, the Judge quickly reversed his previous ruling after he saw that I was going to go take his ruling to the next level – the Appellate Court.

While this example is not a candle spell, it serves as one example where Justice was served because I was in the right and justified from the onset.

Another thing to consider is to have a reading done by a qualified reader - in order to use divination to see if their are more things going on in the background that is not being seen by the client.

My brother and I used this recipe with a homemade legal luck spell. I also burned protection incense and asked that Yemaya protect my nephew in all of this. Things turned out successfully. Ingredients

Clean all candles with lemon juice or alcohol, let dry completely.

Label the White Guardian Angel Candle with the name of the person who has the charges against them. Place three drops of Fiery Wall of Protection Oil in the top of the wax and rotate candle in counter clockwise direction as you pray the Psalm 23 (“The Lord is my Shepherd”). Set aside.

Label all the brown candles with the various names of the key players in the case (Judge, D.A., your Attorney, arresting Officers, etc.).

On the top of the wax of the Judge’s candle, place a few drops of King Solomon Wisdom Condition Oil and rotate it counter clockwise and pray from your heart a prayer that asks God to be the final Judge in this situation and to touch the Heart and Mind of this Appointed Representative of the Law to see clearly your (or the intended) intentions and desires.

Anoint the arresting Officer(s) and District Attorney (other side) candle with Confusion Condition Oil. Sprinkle some Poppy Seeds in the top of each candle and into the oil. Rotate these candles both clockwise and counter clockwise, to make them “dizzy” and “confused” about the turn of events. Pray a prayer from your Heart that they will be disoriented and confused in their communication and recall of the day of the event or ticket.

On Your Attorney’s candle, place some Blessing Condition Oil in the top of the wax and rotate counter clockwise and pray the Psalm 23 (“The Lord is my Shepherd”).

Set your candles in this manner on the surface or table where you are going to burn these candles. Remember to use either a very large plate or a cookie sheet to hold all the candles in to assure fire safety while burning them. The pattern will look like a 5 point cross with a center point in the middle. The pattern in which to set them is:

Intended Person’s Guardian Angel Candle – Center with name paper turned forward

Their D.A. Candle – Right Side of Guardian Angel Candle with name paper turned outward

Your Attorney Candle – Back of your Guardian Angel Candle with name paper turned forward

Arresting Officer Candle – Left Side of the Guardian Angel Candle with name paper turned outward

Judge Candle – In front of Guardian Angel Candle with name paper turned inward to “face” Guardian Angel Candle

Light candles in this order:

1. Intended Person’s Guardian Angel Candle

2. Your Attorney Candle

3. The Judge Candle

4. The D.A. Candle

5. The Arresting Officer Candle

Circle the outside of this candle setting with a few good pinches of pipe tobacco. You could also set a Glass of Cool Water and/or a glass of White Rum next to the candles for the spirits to enjoy as you ask for any and all Divine Guidance to release the Intendeds name from this charge.

Ingredients

Clean candles with lemon juice or alcohol, let dry. On each piece of paper, write the full name of each participant (if known) and the jurisdiction that each person resides or presides over (i.e. “Arresting Officer J. Jones, Badge #4945, Sacramento County Sheriffs Dept.”). On the paper for yourself or the person the candle spell is intended, write their full name, date of birth and city of birth, along with the words ” innocent of all charges”.

Anoint the White Candle with any of the “victory” condition oils such as “Victory”, “Victorious” or “Ganador”. Place a few drops of the oil in the top of the candle and rub in counter clockwise while picturing you being set free of all charges.

In the Brown Candle meant for the presiding Judge, rub in a few drops pf Influence Oil, a few drops of Clarity Oil, and a few drops of any of the Wisdom Condition Oils, such as “Wisdom”, King Solomon”, “King Solomon Wisdom”, etc. Rub the oil in the candle in a counter clockwise motion, visualizing you influencing the Judge’s decision making abilities.

In the Brown Candle representing your Legal Defense team or Attorney, rub a few drops of Influence Oil and King Solomon Wisdom Oil in a counter clockwise motion.

In each of the County District Attorney’s or the Attorney for the other side Brown Candles and the Arresting Officers’ Brown Candles, rub in a few drops of the Confusion condition oil in a counter clockwise motion. Sprinkle a bit of the poppy seeds into the top of each of the candles.

Place the copy of your Court Documents in baking dish or cookie sheet. Place white papers of names of each key participants on their respective candles with tape. Sprinkle the loose tobacco over the documents. Place candles on the cookie sheet in this manner:

Your Attorney’s Brown Candle to the back of the cookie sheet

County District Attorney’s Brown Candle to the left of the cookie sheet

Arresting Officer(s) Brown Candle to the right of the cookie sheet

the Judge’s Brown Candle in front of the cookie sheet

Your White Candle in the center of the cookie sheet

The configuration should look like if you were setting the candles on a compass face, with the Judge as the South position pr point, your Attorney at the North position, the County DA in the West position and the Officer(s) in the East postiion, with your white candle in the center.

Light the Candles in this order:

1st Your White Candle

2nd Your Attorney

3rd the Judge

4th the Officer(s)

5th the County DA or other Attorney
